Life-saving Donation for Sabina

Dear Family and Friends,

Our Nanay, is a very jolly, loving, caring, nurturing mother to her children. The way she tells a story and the way she laughs has a great effect with those people around her.

It was nearly the end of September this year, when we started to notice behavioral changes from her. She would forget things, blank stare, appears sad and quiet. We started to think that she was intially suffering from depression. After sometime, she had positive urinary incontinence (which was quite alarming). After seeking consult wherein the doctor ordered a CT scan of the brain, a mass was detected.

My loving mother has been diagnosed with a brain tumor (primary consideration of glioblastoma multiforme vs. anaplastic astrocytoma) and needs to undergo an open surgery for possible tumor removal and biopsy to identify the type of tumor. Due to the aggressiveness of this tumor, Nanay's condition has progressively deteriorated. She's currently in the hospital for close monitoring of her aggravating symptoms and medication side effects until her scheduled operation. In behalf of my family, I am knocking on your generous kind hearts to help us raise fund to cover our mother's costly surgery and medical expenses, any amount will definitely go a long way, for which we will be extremely grateful. She is scheduled to undergo surgery anytime from 1st week December 2020. Her surgery cost alone would amount to Ph 300,000 and still does not include chemotherapy.

Our Nanay is such a selfless, loving, tireless and compassionate mother who at age 62 still manage to do things for us. Her love for us is unconditional, pure and deeply felt. She's the strongest and bravest when we are weak and afraid, but this time around let us be the one to be strong for you, Nanay. We may all be heartbroken now to see her in this condition, but our faith in God is immense. May we also ask to please include our mother, Sabina Flores in your prayers.
