We are knocking at your humble heart for assistance and voluntary donation for KYLIE JAYNE CABRIGA.
Our little warrior was diagnosed with congenital heart disease (CHD, TOF with PVA S/P BTS).
She is currently battling with a severe heart complication and needs to undergo for the 2nd HEART SURGERY to sustain her living condition.
The medical treatment cost for the surgery is PHP 800,000.000. According to the Doctor’s diagnosis and report, the surgery should be treated on priority basis. We are requesting and pleading your support for her surgery cost. In advance, we extend our gratitude for your moral, spiritual and financial support.
