Hello: Leyla was an alleycat who is exposed to violence by her first owners when she was two-month and thrown in the street. We adopted her from the street to our family at the point of death and she won the first battle of life. However, after her four happy months, she now encounters with a new struggle to survive, namely FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). We fall behind the necessary budget and this time we need your help to win this battle.

We started the treatment but the total process consisting of 84-days with continuous injection of GS-441524, the only medicine for the treatment of the disease. One bottle of the medicine is around 150$ and can be used 2-3 times depending on the dose and total process costs nearly 3000-4000$. As a university student, it is impossible to meet the costs, especially when it is exchanged in Turkish currency. I look forward to get your help.

Merhabalar: henüz iki aylık bir yavruyken ilk sahipleri tarafından şiddet görerek (zorla yıkanma gibi) oynamadığı gerekçesiyle sokağa bırakılan kızımız Leyla'yı sokaktan sahiplendik. Kendisini aldığımızda yaklaşık 40 derece ateşi ve üst solunum yolu enfeksiyonu mevcuttu ve ölmek üzereydi, tedavisini ve aşılarını yaptırarak ailemize ve yuvamıza dahil ettik. Beraber geçirdiğimiz dört aylık süre içerisinde kendisini toparlayıp mutlu bir yaşama adımını attı ancak şimdi de yolu FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) ile kesişti. Ancak bu kez tedavi masrafları bütçemizi aşmakta ve bu savaşı kazanmasında sizden yardım talep etmekteyiz.

Tedaviye başladık ancak süreç 84-gün boyunca kesintisiz olarak tek tedavi yöntemi olan GS-441524 isimli ilacın enjeksiyonunu gerektiriyor. İlaç ancak ithal olarak ve döviz ile temin edildilebiliyor ve şişesi yaklaşık 150$ olmakla birlikte doza göre 2-3 kez kullanılabilmekte, böylece bütün süreci tamamına erdirebilmek için yalnızca ilaçlara 3000-4000$ masraf etmek durumundayız. Ancak bir öğrenci bütçesiyle bunu yapmak mümkün değil ve yardımınıza ihtiyacımız var.
