Let’s help Silvia to finish her career

I am a chemical engineering student, originally from a town far from the city. I am come from a farmer's family who do their best so that I can study at university. I moved from town to city to study until the pandemic began and I had to go back and take virtual classes. Which got complicated as the days went by because I don't have access to any Wi-Fi network, I had to use mobile data with a very bad internet connection. I would go out of the house into the woods or just outside to have a better connection and be able to receive classes, but it was not always possible because sometimes it rained or it was very cold. And now, to continue the next semester I need to return to the city, but it will not be possible because my parents do not have more money to pay the rent for the student room or my living in the city. And I am afraid that my academic performance will be affected and my scholarship for university fees will be affected because that way I could not finish my degree. The semester budget is $ 1000, covering all rent and living expenses. I would be too grateful if you help me continue my career.
