Let’s Help Mike!

Michael Angelo Calucag, known as "Mike", is a Five9 employee and currently part of the CS Operations team. He's been around with Five9 for more than 3 years. He is a smart, jolly, friendly person and easy to work with. He is currently the breadwinner of his family and has put much dedication into his work.

Unfortunately, on September 20, 2022, he was rushed to the nearest hospital and diagnosed with Liver Cirrhosis. Toxins from his liver spread and affected his kidney, which is currently undergoing dialysis treatment. As of yesterday, September 26, 2022, his hospital running bill has gone up to P700,000+ (less HMO coverage), approx $12,000.

With lots of hope, we are knocking on your kind hearts to help our fellow Five9 member with his medical expenses as they have already exhausted their personal funds too as he also just had a major surgery to remove stones in his kidney last February 2022. Any amount will go a long way with his medical treatment and will be greatly appreciated.
