Legal or Settlement Fund

My name is Kikato and this campaign if more my friend. He is in great need of help as he got caught in the middle of a business deal.

In 2014, his so called friends, which he initially met online, asked for help to look for a business partnership so they could earn decent income. So he contacted a friend (JaF) who has a local trading business (raw materials trading etc). She has complete business papers. At that time, JaF needs capitalization and promised to pay for 50% interest should she get funds from investors. She was confident with her business deals and with the income she promised to my friend. My friend then told this to his so called friends and they all put money amounting to around $40,000+ (2m+ pesos) with return of $60,000+.

Months passed and things didn't go well. After couple of years, my friends so called friends file legal case against me and JAF. They included him with the reason that he was the one who introduced them to JaF, regardless that he also put money into this business deal and was also a victim.

At this point, my friend needs help for settlement money. He just needs to be taken out of the case. His so called friends want to be paid the whole capital and promised income for a total of $60,000 (3m pesos). This is something that all of them want to be settled with. My friend is not rich to be able to come up with this amount. He is not good with words how to better explain this situation and how to make you feel how important this is to him but I hope that anyone who is understanding, helpful, and heartwarming enough could help him get out of this situation.

To all those who will help, once this is done. We will run after JaF and whatever money my friend gets from her, we will use it for charity. Kindly share this fundraising as well.
