Legacy 66 – MAD Day (Make A Different Day)

27 of us are currently involve in a charity drive to help the disabled in a home which is Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Dan OKU Mesra Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, an orphanage and disabled welfare centre that currently houses 28 residents to date. The majority being disabled residents who struggle with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, ADD, Down Syndrome and Polio.

They do not have government to support them and is 100% funded by public donations. As a team effort for community service, we have chosen collectively to raise funds in supporting of their home rental, food, medical and other utilities. The centre has also declared an urgent need for a “Caring Van” to transport rations and/or OKU to and fro hospital.
