laptop for a novice programmer

I am a computer science student in one of the Egyptian universities, and I need to buy a laptop with sufficient capabilities to work in programming and running programs such as "android studio" .
I only have a very old desktop computer (2GB RAM , a motherboard G41m with an old processor) which is unable to run programs and accomplish the required tasks.
my father died 11 years ago, so I always have to work alongside studying to help my mother with family expenses
(I have three brothers, two boys and one girl and I am the oldest among them).
also my sister is going to get married and this requires a large cost.
I tried a lot to keep the money to buy the laptop i need, but I could not because the house needs all the money.
The price of a capable laptop in Egypt has become very high and up to 20 thousand Egyptian pounds(About $ 1,300), If you have a laptop that you no longer need, please send it to me and I don't need money as I only need a laptop.
