Labour Supply Company For Christchurch Rebuild

Hi, I am starting a labour supply company in New Zealand to cater to the overwealming shortage of skilled- labour due to the rebuild of plans set for Christchurch. On the year 2010, Christchurt was flattern by a mag 7.1 earth quake which destroyed over 60% of the cities buildings and infrastructure killing over 180 people. The New Zealand Governmwent has approved aprox NZ$15billion towards rebuilding the city over the next 10 years and due to this, the countries demand for construction workers exceeds the supply. and will do for the next 5 years.   i have 20 workers legally allowed to live and work in New Zealand on a 3 year temp visa. I will need  nz$5k per man as a start up cost to accomodate for their visa, tools etc which will be paid back in the first year. I will also need a buffer of nz$100k to accomadate for any payments that drag out longer than a month as we will need to keep the labour paid ontime to keep them happy and healthy.   In return i will give * A 15% pa return on the nz$200k borrowed (paid out our quarterly for the first year.) * A 5% share of the business afte year 1 (projected net income of nz$392000 for 20 workers)   If this is something you feel you would be interested in please email me and we can discuss further.
