Konnichiwa! Help Me Get To Japan!

Hi everyone! My name is Daeyna.  This account has been set up to help fund a once-in-a-lifetime experience where I will have the opportunity to be one of few Jamaicans who will be able to participate in an extended cultural exchange program with Japan.

A Little About Me: I have had a number of tragic experiences in my short life . Some of these, many state they would not have been able to survive mentally or physically. I hit rock bottom many a time but with help from God, my family and friends I have been able to pull through. 

Why Me? Learning Japanese has been a life-saver to say the least because it opened up a new window when I thought many doors had closed. Understanding the integral components of the language along with speech and grammar practice has helped me to experience a new country with its vast, diverse cultural landscape and ever changing possibilities. I'm blessed to have this opportunity put before me and I hope that you will find it in your hearts to help me. God bless.
