KINDLY HELP ME TO GET OVER FROM ONE CRITICAL SITUATION

I am 26 years old young graduate searching for a job, had been stolen by robbers in between a journey.The stolen bag contains amound of $5000 and some costly medicines which was being carried for my freind who is under treatment after a car accident.Since he is my neibhor,his parents appointed me to carry that bag.Now i am in big trouble and became victim in their eyes.I am totally dissappointed with the mistake happened from my side.Finaly i came in a position that i am the only one who is responsible for the losted money more over they need me to return full money.I can't blame them since they are very poor people and arranged this big amound via bank loans.As i born and brought up in a poor family,its not easy for me to arrange money from my family as well as my self since i am jobless.kindly help me to refund the amound as soon as possible because i love my friend and i need to save him from critical condition.Hospital authority wouldnt allow him to stay there for more than 2 weeks without payment.
