Kim Needs Help!

I live in Amman, Jordan and here we have many stray cats on the streets and sadly a few people care about them and whenever I help a cat people laugh at me like I’m stupid for feeding them and they tell me help humans instead. These poor creatures have no one looking after them they starve and die from dehydration in the streets and I try my best to make a difference for them. I currently have 14 cats who came to me sick and dying and no one wants to adopt them because they prefer to buy the fancy ones and even if they adopt them 90% of the time they return them to the streets when they get bored of them.

4 months ago a stray cat came to my backyard and her eye looked like it was going to pop out, I took her immediately to the vet and she had an eye removal surgery, teeth extraction and they told us she has calicivirus and severe dehydration. I decided to keep her because she would die if she’s left in the streets alone. Over the past 4 months I gave her her medicine and she got better but unfortunately 5 days ago she stopped eating and I took her to the vet and they told me she has jaundice and a severe infection and she has to stay at the vet. Her blood tests results were really bad and they were afraid she isn’t going to make it.

Fortunately, She is getting better now and they told me she’s stable and improving. The problem is her treatment is expensive and I’m currently taking care of 14 other rescued cats and feeding over 20 cats that come to my backyard looking for food. Her total bill is 304 JOD ($430) i gave a down payment of 100 JOD ($140)
