Kidney transplant for my uncle

I am writing this for my mother and my uncle, Michael JF Mendoza (Her younger brother) who is diagnosed with kidney failure which has now reached end-stage (Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease). He's on twice a week dialysis and three times a week injection with Eposino {rhEPO} to increase his red blood cells and sometimes needs a blood transfusion due to very low haemoglobin. He also requires daily medication, the treatments overall cost 12000+ PHP monthly.

This has been a struggle to maintain as the main source of income for my family in the Philippines is my mum but with the COVID situation we are suffering financial instability, and my uncle was doing his part to help, unfortunately with his current condition, he is unable to work the fields/harvest with my grandfather who struggles as he depends on my uncle Michael (his son) to do the laborious work.

We thought we could manage his treatment for many months and now his illness has worsened and the daily cost is going beyond our scope. The only recourse is a kidney transplant otherwise he's just living on borrowed time and we're not ready to let him go as he has so much more to give.

I cannot let my mum suffer the death of her sibling and the collapse of her mental state. She works for the NHS and has been working really hard, especially during these trying times but yet she feels helpless for her brother's health being so far away.

We've already exhausted our resources to helping my uncle, yet treatment requires more funding - the kidney transplant alone will cost around 1,000,000PHP which is around £15,500+ but additional help will be needed for recovery, medication and necessary treatments after surgery.

Finding a compatible donor will be difficult but my mother is already willing to give one of her kidneys so that her brother can stay in this world longer. We would be extremely grateful if you could help us financially, no matter how small the contribution to pay for the operation as well as the extensive medical bills in the Philippines. We really need your help to give my uncle a new lease on life as we are truly not willing to give up on him.
