Kidney transplant for Klenthon the miracle warrior

Klenthon is a miracle baby he was born premature which is 8 months only..He already undergone 2 surgeries with hernia when he was 4 years old and 6 years old.. then has varicocoele and ascites on his left scrotum.. Then, on the month of August we found out on his whole abdominal ultrasound that his kidneys is very small he has 2 cm right kidney and 4 cm left kidney which are very small for his age.. he was already diagnosed as chronic kidney disease stage two on the month of September and We were advice to line up in National kidney Transplant Institute November 28, 2019 we found out that his CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE is in stage 4 already.. We are praying for your kindness to be a of a good Samaritan to Klenthon to have a kidney transplant... I'm just a single mom who wants the best for my son to leave long.. Please help Klenthon to have a kidney transplant as soon as possible Thank you for your kindness may God give you 10x more blessing.
