Kidney transplant for a Dad

Hello,

My name is Mark Joseph Cruz, a dad of two young girls. I lost my job working at a hotel back in May 2020 amidst the strict lockdown in the Philippines. Two months after, I found out that I have a CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE. I have been on hemodialysis since then for 3x a week.

The doctors advised that my kidneys are deteriorating faster than they had initially diagnosed and dialysis might not be the best option for me to live longer. Luckily, a family member is a match and is very much willing to sacrifice and donate his other kidney. Unfortunately, health care is much more expensive here in our country especially in a major operation like this.

My wife and our family have all been helping out doing fund-raising drives selling baked goods, t-shirts, face masks, and others so we can save up for the kidney transplant and support my medication but it is just not enough.

I am fighting and hoping for a long life because I am so scared to leave my 6 and 4-year-old girls behind. I know that they still need me to guide and support them as they grow up.
