Keeping Anastasia’s ballet dream alive

Călătoria în lumea baletului am început-o de la vîrsta de numai 2 ani si 10 luni cînd am făcut primii pași în sala de balet a Școlii Prime Agency. La început baletul a fost pentru mine un hobby pentru ca, începînd cu vîrsta de 4 ani, cînd am participat la primul concurs, timpul petrecut în sala de balet să ajungă la 4 ore de studiu zilnic.Am îmbinat cu ușurință orele de gradiniță, și mai apoi de școală, cu cele de studiu de balet și datorită pasiunii și determinării, am reușit în scurt timp să ating un palmares care să îmi permită nu numai să visez la una dintre marile școli de balet dar să fiu și cît mai aproape de momentul în care voi putea să dansez pe marile scene ale lumii.Astfel, în cei 9 ani de zile de balet am obținut aproximativ 100 de premii insemnînd nu numai diplome, cupe, medalii ci și invitații de participare la competiții, la workshopuri, burse de studiu și chiar premii în bani. Un rol esential în evoluția mea însă, au fost următoarele realizări: la vîrsta de numai 7 ani, în urma unui workshop urmată de o competiție ce a avut loc în Italia (San Francesco di Paola, iulie 2019) am reușit ceea ce mulți balerini profesioniști visează, o bursă de studiu de un an de zile la Academia de Balet a Teatrului Bolshoi Moscova; la vîrsta de 9 ani, în cadrul competiției Dance World Cup (competiție mondială) din august 2021 am devenit campioană mondială iar dintre toți competitoriiam primit trofeul pentru cel mai bun solo balet din întreaga competiție, obținînd un scor de 98%. Vîrsta de 9 ani mi-a adus șansa de a participa la cea mai mare competiție internațională non-profit de balet studențesc și program de burse, Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), și astfel cele 3 ediții ce au urmat au reprezentat pentru mine un succes, obținînd la fiecare ediție locurile II și III urmate și de calificarea în finala din America, precum și de burse de studiu : Academia Princess Grace Monaco, Academia Națională de balet Amsterdam. Calificarea în finala competiției Global Dance World 2023 mi-a oferit oportunitatea de a primit o scolarizare de vară în anul 2024 cu un discount de 75% la una din cele mai prestigioase școli de balet din America, The Rock School for Dance.

Aceste rezultate nu aș fi putut să le obțin fără studiu zilnic atît în sala de balet cît și acasă,fără dăruire și conștinciozitate, fără renunțare la vacanțe, joacă și timp liber.

Cel mai frumos moment din viața mea ca balerină este acela cînd mă urc pe scenă, dansez, pentru că acela este momentul pentru care mă pregătesc zilnic și la care visez, și sînt aplaudată puternic de public.

Este o provocare și în același timp un atu în pregătirea mea profesională să pot studia la The Rock School for Dance dar nu voi putea onora bursa oferită fără suportul financiar generos ce ar putea veni din partea dumneavoastra.

My journey into the world of ballet began at the age of only 34 months when I took my first steps in the ballet hall of the Prime Agency School. In the beginning, ballet was a hobby for me, but after the age of 4, when I took part in my first competition, the time spent in the ballet hall reached 4 hours of daily study. I easily combined the hours of kindergarten, and later of school, with those of ballet study and thanks to my passion and determination, I soon managed to achieve a record that would allow me not only to dream of one of the great ballet schools but also to be as close as possible to the moment when I would be able to dance on the greatest stages of the world. Thus, in my 9 years of ballet, I have obtained about 100 awards, meaning not only diplomas, cups, and medals but also invitations to competitions, workshops, scholarships and even cash prizes. The most important steps in my evolution, however, were the following achievements: At the age of 7, after a workshop followed by a competition held in Italy (San Francesco di Paola in July 2019) I gained what many professional ballet dancers dream of, a one-year scholarship to study at the Bolshoi Moscow Ballet Academy; at the age of 9, in the Dance World Cup competition, in August 2021, I became a world champion and among all competitors I received the trophy for the best ballet solo in the entire competition, scoring 98%.Also, at the age of 9, I received the opportunity to participate in the largest international non-profit student ballet competition and scholarship program, the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP). So,in the next three years,I reached 2^nd and 3^rd place in this prestigious competition, followed by qualification to the finals in the U.S.A. and scholarships, among which I mention the one awarded by Princess Grace Academy of Monaco and the one provided by the National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam. Qualifying in the finals of the Global Dance World 2023 competition allowed me to receive a summer tuition, with a 75% discount, at one of the most prestigious ballet schools in America, The Rock School for Dance for the year 2024.

I could not have achieved these results without daily study both in the ballet studio and at home, without dedication and diligenceand without giving up vacations, play and free time.

The most beautiful moments in my life as a ballerina are when I get on stageand dance because those are the moments I prepare for and dream aboutevery day and when I getloud applausefrom the audience.

It is a challenge and at the same time an asset in my professional training to be able to study at The Rock School for Dance but I will not be able to honour the scholarship offered without the generous financial support that could come from you.
