Kayaks and small boats building startup

I am a civil engineer from Albania. This last year I have been building and testing and planning Kayaks, Stand Up Paddling Boards and small boats. I have been thinking about this for for a long time but now its the moment for me to start it. In Albania aquatic sports are relatively new, especially kayaks and SUP. These sports are being spread fast and I find this an opportunity to fulfill my passion for building kayaks by starting this business. Albania is not an easy place to start a business that's why I am asking for help. The country is beautiful and the people are kind and, its a country of ancient stories and mythology. One must visit Albania in a lifetime.

returning to my needs. I am going to need the money to buy tools and materials. The main tool i amg going to need is an open source CNC router called Maslow (https://www.maslowcnc.com/), it costs about $500. This tool is going to save me a lot of money because CNC works here are relatively costly. Other things im going to need are materials like plywood, fiberglass cloth, epoxy and polyester raisins and small tools.
