Hi im karl hababag from philippines im 27 yrs old and i was diagnosed with end stage renal disease last 2013 and was on dialysis for 3 years now i am hoping to get a kidney transplant but i dont have the money to fund the operation so i am hoping there are good souls out there who can help me, i want to live longer and spend more years with my family and live a normal life again.
