just want to pay back the loan my dad left, give my mom a house to live and continue to study

My father went to jail, leaving us a huge debt. We had to sell the house, move to another area to find work. I am an international student studying on a government scholarship in China but have stopped receiving scholarship money for over a year now. I am very stuck between studying or leaving school to go to work. I work from home, but my salary is enough to buy food and pay for my brother's tuition. My mother has heart disease but can't quit her job because that won't be able to pay the rent and interest on the debt my dad left behind. I just want to pay off the debt, rent a house for my mom and keep going to school. Thanks for the help.
