just recovering from a tragic accident, can’t even pay my hospital bills just yet and struggling to survive

I just coming back from a very serious accident where I lost my friend, I lost my card and everything I had is gone. I am in a foreign country and I really don't have any help what so ever, and after struggling to survive as an orphan, I don't even have a dad or mom that i can run to for help. I only have my younger brother who has nothing and is dependent on me. Please, I would be very grateful if you can help me survive these difficult moments. Thank you !
