AID FOR KIDNEY TRANSPLANT NEEDED

My mother, Josie Mandia-Cereza was admitted at Mary Chiles General Hospital on November 17-28, 2020. She was diagnosed to have END STAGE RENAL DISEASE secondary to HYPERTENSIVE NEPHROSCLEROSIS needing HEMODIALYSIS twice (2x) every week and was advised to undergo a KIDNEY TRANSPLANT SOONEST with my cousin as potential kidney donor.

The HOPE FOUNDATION has acknowledge the procedural cost, however the cost of admittance to the hospital until her checkout amounting to P200,000.00 will still have to be shouldered by the patient. In this regard i am asking for your kind generosity and favor to help raise this fund so she can now push through with the kidney transplant.
