Jose Meledan Balbin HEALING

This is a fundraising campaign for my uncle named Jose Meledan U. Balbin. I am his niece, Cathy B. Gumboc and I am knocking on your hearts for help. He was admitted on Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center Victoriano Luna General Hospital V. luna Road Quezon City Department of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Service on August 02 2020 and was final diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease stage v secondary to obstructive uropathy, Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis (Genitourinary) On going treatment, RPG, right with dj stending; s/p percutaneous nephrostomy; s/p svf creation. He was discharged in October 29 2020 but is still currently having medications as such dialysis. They really need help financially since his wife is currently jobless since the pandemic started and he has three children the two is still studying while the other one is helping and assisting him.
