My History:

I'm Heloisa Gouveia, I'm 34 years old and thanks to family influences, I have been baking my whole life. When I lost my job in the hospitality industry, I started baking full-time Brigadeiros sweets for which I feel so much passion.

It was in my small kitchen home , wrapped in pots and aromas that brought me so much childhood memories, where I was researching and tried each flavor.

Without changing the base and the essence of brigadeiro recipe, a sweet that has such a traditional characteristics , I was able to develop it by adding even more personality, with regional and typical products, in a modern, refined and very diversified way.

The Sr.Brigadeiro Concept:

Sr Brigadeiro was created in Madeira Island in 2016 from the need to bet on the development and evoolution of the passionate sweet Brigadeiro, creating new aromas, flavors and textures sensations.

Homemade and handcrafted with the best belgian chocolates and natural ingredients, Sr. Brigadeiro is the result of a work that involves a lot of Love and dedication, beingtaken to our customers as a singular flavor sweet, conquering the most refined and different tastes.

Sr.Brigadeiro History:

Giving rise to the brand and concept Sr.Brigadeiro, I decided to make the disclosure of my product through its facebbok page https://www.facebook.com/sr.brigadeiroalot/ and giving it also to know my friends and acquaintances. The brand became more and more known, I began to be invited to participate in flavors fairs and chocolate markets in Funchal city.

The repercussion and acceptance of the Sr. Brigadeiro product was undoubtedly extraordinary! Orders grow more and more, your demand is increasing and the question that predominates is: “Where´s the store located?”, “Why there is still no physical space for Sr.Brigadeiro?” People get excited about the possibility of going to a store and finding my products.

In the current market, you can sometimes find and buy 'brigadeiros' in a few pastries, but these are not made with the real ingredients nor in the traditional way. You will only find small industrialized chocolate paste balls with some wafer mixture, without any flavor, without personality. In addition, these "brigadeiros" are full of artificial additives

Madeira Island doesn't have yet a good and specialized Brigadeiros store , so I want to open one. A permanent space, where the brigadeiros are daily fresh, in special flavors, using fresh and honest ingredients.

My mission is to work hard, which involves a lot of love for what you do and care for your neighbor, where you offer the best that you have to provide a pleasant and joyful experience to anyone who passes at Sr.Brigadeiro Store.
