John Emmanuel Bautista’s Memorial Fund

In the morning of August 31, 2023, Jemil Bautista, age 36, passed away peacefully after a short but brave battle with illness.

He will always be remembered for being a loving husband, a tenderhearted son, a thoughtful brother, a cool uncle, a fun cousin, a dear friend and a great leader. The well-lived life he shared with us will always be described in glowing terms and will always manage to draw a smile on our faces.

He was an active freelance producer and cameraman for Associated Press. He was a former production team member for then GMA News and Public Affairs Programs - Emergency, and I-witness (Team Howie Severino). He served as a researcher for OFW Diaries and I-Juander. Jemil worked at CNN and TV5, as well.

No amount of money can take away the profound sadness it has brought upon to his family during this difficult time. But your generous donation will help this campaign cover for Jemil's remaining medical bills and memorial fund.
