Javen’s Heart

Neal Javen Maniego is a 1 year old and 10 month sweet little boy and a known case of Congenital Cyanotic Heart Disease, Tetralogy of Fallot.

He initially presented with cardiac murmur. A 2D Echocardiogram was done at 8 months of age with a diagnosis of Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Javen would be seen with cyanosis, easy fatigability and frequent squatting with increased physical activity such as playing, hence they were advised surgical repair of the defect at the Philippine Heart Center.

His latest 2D Echocardiogram showed a coronary artery crossing the path of the main pulmonary artery and so he would require a Right Ventricle to Pulmonary Artery Conduit (Contegra Pulmonary Valve Conduit). An additional cost of Php 195,000.00 will be needed to secure the Contegra which is highly needed for the operation.

We hope and pray to have his operation be done the soonest possible time because of his symptoms. Any amount would be highly appreciated and would help us to secure the needed Pulmonary Valve Conduit (P195,000) and to cover the hospital bills, physicians' professional fees, medicines and other associated expenses which would estimate more or less P400,000.00
