James’ medical expenses

Hi there, my name is James Nathan Lising and I am 11years old. I was diagnosed with congenital condition known as Penoscrotal Hypospadias. This means that my urethra (the tube that carries urine from the bladder to outside of the body) is found where the penis and scrotum joins, instead of at the tip of the penis. My parents initially thought I was a girl when I was just born because of this. But a series of test done when I was just 8 days old, proved otherwise.

My parents and I have been in and out of the hospital for checkups and tests since I was born. Countless days and sleepless nights of travelling from our home in Imus Cavite to PGH, Manila.. long lines in the Out-Patient Department just so I can get a schedule for my surgery. Unfortunately, after 11years of waiting, we are still waiting for a schedule from PGH for my surgery, which brings me back to this fundraiser. I am growing up now and it is my pervent wish to have my condition corrected as it has been a source of inconvenience and insecurity for me as I am unable to pee as a normal boy is. Hence we are raising funds to have a reconstructive surgery on outside of PGH.

I am requesting for your help in raising funds for my medical operations as it will be a series of three reconstructive surgeries over a period of two years. Each surgery costs approximately PHP 200,000 or roughly USD 3,800. My parents has a bit of savings but it is still not enough to cover my hospital bills and other medical expenses.

Please help me in raising this amount which will enable me to get the medical attention I need to live a normal life.
