MercyHome Freetown in Sierra Leone gives a future to 15 orphaned children and adolescents!
We support the children until they can lead an independent life. We provide them with a solid education to lead them into independence and a better life for themselves and their future families.
As a small charity organization we work very efficiently and directly on site: The accommodation costs per month and per child are only 12 €!

Sierra Leone - Much suffering, a lot of hope.
Civil war and Ebola have devastated Sierra Leone and many children lost their families. Nevertheless, the atmosphere in the country is hopeful: tourism creates new opportunities and the first democratic shift of political power has further stabilized the situation. This gives the children at MercyHome Freetown a realistic chance for a better future.
