I have been afforded the opportunity to study Italian Cuisine in Orvieto, Italy in June 2013. Since I have been in Culinary school I have learned so much and I have never been more excited about learning and honing in on my craft. I will spend 14 days in Itally jammed packed with classes and workshops to achieve my Expert of Italian Cuisine 1st Level.
