International Art Space in Barcelona

HELP ME TO MAKE MY DREAMS COME TRUE! THE SPACE FOR INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS IS NEEDED in one of the most beautiful cities in the world! What will it be?

-ART RESIDENCY. Art Hub for artists who want to come and create in Barcelona for several months, the place for everyone who wants to become an artist or/and improve his/er creativity which is so needed in any aspect of our lives. As an artist who faced this problem with finding the place to create for 2-3 months or an art course in English for begginers in any of disciplins I want to give this opportunity to others.

-ART COURSES in English, Russian and Spanish languages for any level of artists. The main issue is that in Barcelona there are only art courses in Spanish or if it's in English it's for professional artists.

-ART CLUB. And moreover, I want this art space to be a networking place for all creative people.

-ART CHARITY. On the basis of this art studio I want to help "special" children and adults to feel the healing vibes of art and join us in the creative process. I plan to make auctions on the basis of the Art Space money from which will for charity purposes.

-ART FOR PENSIONERS. I want to give the space for retired people to try themselves in art even if they are above 65 y.o. I want to make the special place for everyone who wants to join the creative energy and jump in the art world which is amazing place to be.

-ART CO-CREATING SPACE. I plan to give opportunity to other artists to rent the space for short-terms while they are searching permanent studios for themselves. I faced this problem while I was searching my last studio in Barcelona. It takes time, but when ispisration comes there is no space to delay it, so, such co-creating space is needed.

How I will earn (as I set this is a business project)?

-Each basic art course of 8 lessons will cost around 300 euro per person.

-Each work-shop will cost 40-80 euro per 1 day per person, depends on the topic.

-Each co-creating space will cost 15 euro per day, 90 euro per week, 340 euro per month accordingly.

-Each residency space will cost 400-500 euro per month depends on the season.

I have a business plan with a zero yield for 3 months and a payback period of 6 months. I'll tell you about myself: in the past I was a director of marketing and sales in the tourism sector, now I am an artist and an entrepreneur, which guarantees that this idea is alive and can bring not only joy and happiness, but also dividends with competent business planning, with which one that's all right.

I would like to explain why it is indicated here that I am in Russia. My bank accounts are all registered at the moment in Russia, PayPal is also attached to them, so the system does not allow me to change the location here. But for those who do not know me personally, I have been living abroad for 5 years and more than a year from them in Barcelona. To open accounts in Barcelona is not just an easy thing for foreigners, so for the moment I use Russian banks. So, I added credit-card payment, but it was possible only if I change the currency from EUR to USD, as the Gogetfunding is American company. Hope now all is clear.
