We are raising 210,000 euros to fund an Integrity Ireland Centre

We are raising funds for an ‘Integrity Ireland Centre’ to serve as a permanent operations base, to continue the important work of the Integrity Ireland Association and the closely-affiliated Peoples Tribunal of Ireland.

That work includes providing crucial insider information and educating the public proactively about the endemic corruption in ‘the system’; about routine abuses of power and position in agencies of the State; and of the various lawful means and methods of defending oneself against the same.

This ongoing voluntary work will include raising the general awareness of the public via:

• The continued production and dissemination of I-I Asseverations.

• Holding regular lectures, presentations and seminars on pertinent truth-and-justice related topics, both in-house and on request to other groups, locations or educational institutions.

• Continuing to research and publish truth-and-justice related books and videos.

• Supporting authentic people-centred social and community initiatives.

• Producing informative posters, flyers, leaflets, placards, etc.

• Facilitating credible news sources that are genuinely independent of ‘the establishment’.

• Providing a platform for well-informed debate on current issues by qualified participants.

• Holding personal appointments, clinics and interviews, and public meetings.

• Facilitating constitutional hearings by The Peoples Tribunal of Ireland.

The Centre will also serve as personal accommodation for Stephen and his family, and, as-and-when finances allow, will provide a hostel-type serviced facility for short-term visits for those who may need to spend a few days at the facility studying, preparing manuscripts or drafting legal papers.

Background

1. The Integrity Ireland Association was set up in 2012 in response to thousands of complaints of systemic wrongdoing and corruption in agencies of the Irish State, and in face of the repeat failures and refusals of the so-called ‘statutory oversight bodies’ to impose any real sanctions or enforce accountability.

2. The growing I-I membership set about communicating and collaborating with each other to create a network of mutual help and support. The website was set up and meetings were convened; support projects were launched; and a number of books and videos were published – all with the aim of helping individual targets and victims of ‘the system’ to fully understand what was happening to them, and to empower and embolden them to take whatever lawful steps were available to protect themselves, to defend their assets and their loved ones, and to ensure respect for their fundamental rights.

3. Key amongst the tactics being used was exposing, naming and shaming the perpetrators of ‘official’ crime whilst simultaneously deploying the law – in its correct format – to try to secure justice in the Courts. It was then that the whole, depressing truth was revealed; that senior office holders and appointed officials are required – at the sake of their very careers – to obey the unspoken and undemocratic rule to “protect the system at all costs” – while justice, fairness and truth be damned!

4. The publication of a series of exposés naming scores of officials and office holders in proven criminal activity – and their subsequent failures and refusals to refute or challenge the same – remains testament that these I-I tactics ARE working, and that ordinary people are finally beginning to see the truth! The anticipated response of ‘the authorities’ (or at least of the corrupt elements of the same) was to criminally harass, persecute, vilify and intimidate leading I-I members – most notably Dr Stephen Manning, the founder and administrator of the Association – culminating in his recent jailing; the repeat targeting of his children by TUSLA; the denial of access to State supports and facilities; and via the unlawful pursuance of a slew of spurious and vexatious criminal charges whose only objective and planned consequence is to interfere substantially in our collaborative ongoing pro-justice work.

5. In March 2022, the same week that the Manning family were evicted from their home of 7 years, Stephen’s wife Noriko passed away in circumstances that raise serious questions (yet again) about the integrity of senior management at the HSE and in two of the Country’s major health care institutions. At a time when tens of thousands of Ukrainian refugees were being provided with emergency housing, Stephen was informed that no housing could be sourced for himself and his special needs son Danny.

6. At the time of writing, Stephen Manning is in a bedsit in Dublin trying his best to manage the I-I project while defending himself against ongoing unlawful attacks by the establishment; whilst caring for his son Danny, shuttling between storage facilities and grieving his recently-deceased wife. Stephen knows however, that ‘the mission’ must continue and understands that the best way forwards is to secure a suitable property to act as accommodation, as an office and as a meeting point to continue the important work of the I-I Association from a place of relative security and safety.

7. People have been extraordinarily generous in the wake of Noriko’s death with offers of help and temporary accommodation – as well as donating towards Noriko’s funeral expenses. It is clear there is an abundance of support and recognition of how important the Integrity Ireland project is – as well as respect for what has been achieved to date – including growing influence and effect on jurisdictions abroad, and so we ask you to please consider supporting this novel but necessary initiative – to have our own permanent operations base from where we can continue to help others – to help themselves.
One by one – together – we CAN make a difference!”
