In an opportunity less world is ambition a crime?

I am vinod, 24 years old, I am from madurai- Tamil Nadu and I want to get higher education so that I can help the society develop. I come from a very poor family settled in village. My dad is the sole owner of the family, he works as a normal accountant in a shop but he s getting old and cannot provide much for my education. I want to go Rochester institute of technology for my masters in entrepreneurship and innovative ventures so that I can become something and help my father. I did my BBA from Ramakrishna mission Vivekananda college Chennai in scholarship and attained 78%. I have passion and inmovative mind just need funding to fulfill my ambition. I scored 615 in IELTS. The total amount including course fee and living & travelling cost is 40 lakhs (62,000$). I was refused to get funding from everywhere else and this is my last hope. Help me get the education I need.
