Improve the quality of my family’s life in Venezuela

I need to improve my family's quality of life, I have 3 children and one is already in college. Unfortunately we do not have our own house and the main objective would be to acquire a house of its own where everyone has their space. And with my $ 186 salary impossible or difficult enough I can do it. In spite of my profession that I am Programmer and with more than 20 years of experience it is very difficult here in my Country Venezuela.

And if I wanted to leave Venezuela, we must all go, because working in another country and also being aware of how far my family was, would not allow me to give up on any work.

That is why it is the help that I request, to at least have a home of my own, and then be able to evaluate the other possibilities that I can handle.
