im begging you to please help me go back home

hi good day ahead...im myleen 39 years old a single mother from philippines currently here in united arab emirates...i came here to work as a housemaid but unfortunately its not my luck....i was in bad situation that lead me to my situation now....im 2 years over stay and dont have my passport with me...its not easy to find work here as i dont have any legal documents with me.....i want to go home to be with my family as i cant find work here for a long time...i also have bad health condition now....my blood sugar the last time i check is almost 600...i have asthma...i cant afford to buy medicine and even my food....im knocking to all of you have big heart to please help me to be back home....ive been away for my daughter for a long time.....please im begging you all to help going back home.....thank you and god bless....
