Igniting Joy for Women

My past Career journey saw me striving to be a high achiever in the Corporate & Health and Wellness Industry, but my accomplishments ended up in burnout. The success I'd created externally in my profession masked my insecurity and negative self-talk that was draining my health.

Having also experienced the profound pain and distress of being unheard within the healthcare system and feeling invisible and unrecognized in relationships, I intimately understand the emotional toll this has. These experiences once tested my inner critic and strained my ability to cultivate self-love. My journey includes overcoming the significant challenge of having my self-esteem torn away. Through these trials, I have gained insights into the intricate interplay between personal well-being and external validations.

Being branded as a chronic pain sufferer for 33 years, and encountering the loss of my job before a pivotal fourth and major operation, I faced a dark chapter in my life. I have traversed the path of hardship and turned fear and adversity into courage and opportunity. My journey has not only reshaped my perspective on resilience but has also instilled in me a deep-seated determination to rise above circumstances. Through this process, I've cultivated the strength to face setbacks head-on and find transformative potential in the face of adversity. My experience serves as a testament to my Faith. My Faith serves as my strength to turn life's challenges into stepping stones toward personal growth and empowerment. It took me to a turning point in my life from a place of deep despair, depression, and no hope. I had often wondered if the world was a better place without me. Not now.

My higher purpose fuels my commitment to supporting other women who have felt similarly dismissed or overlooked, empowering them to rebuild their self-esteem, nurture self-love, and find their voice.

My genuine passion lies in sharing my journey as a source of inspiration and reassurance for those facing challenging and dark chapters in their lives. I am driven by the belief that even in the depths of difficulty, there exists a glimmer of hope. Whilst traversing the painful journey of operation after operation, single and living in a Bedsit, I changed the course of my life by rising above my pain, praying through it, and gripping tightly to my faith that I could recode my past and one day help others do the same.

Now recently qualified as a FlowCode Coach and Cellular Health Coach I advocate for the practice of silencing the conscious mind and actively help recode mental narratives. I aim to empower individuals to unlock their true potential. Through the transformative process of rewriting mental scripts, along with the comfort I have found in the Lord.

I have now won a Scholarship to share my Story in a Book "Ignite Joy" to be Published in Las Vegas in May 2024. Whilst continuing to face my fears head-on and transcend them with the new tools I have, I am fundraising to finance my Flights and Public Speaking training to be able to personally stand on stage and inspire other women to believe that they too can find their voice. As painful as my journey has been I know it has been for this one reason, to help other women to deeply navigate the shadows of adversity and emerge into the light of renewed possibilities. My mission is to fly to Las Vegas, in May 2024, and stand on stage, putting all of my fears aside to give hope to other women and encourage them to recognize the resilience within themselves fostering a sense of hope that transcends the darkest moments in life.

Any money raised that I do not require for my Public Speaking training and Flights will be donated to Women's Refuge and Dress For Success. I have already donated my whole Corporate Wardrobe to Dress for Success and two-thirds of my Wardrobe to Women's Refuge, a place I wish I had known about when I had no home, and no hope.
My cause is not about me, it's about my greater purpose and inspiring other Women.

I will also continue to give my services to both charities as a gift to help other women.
