I want to start rolling Incents making business

I am a villager. I want to start my business on handrolled incents making . I feel lack of fund .

If I start it by myself , I can not help others around me. In this business both man and woman are engaged to grow it . But in our locality there is not any business which would help men or women to get their jobs . I think my business must offer them job regularly to support their families. It is my dream to help our villagers to get job .Our village is dependent on the agricultural. There is not alternative job . The job of agricultural is not sufficient to get job through out the year. Again all villagers have not ability to start business. Besides the man who have ability to start business, he starts his businesses that offers profit only for himself or few person ; not to all. As a result they can not come out from their distress. I want them to come out from their distress. I want to help a big circle of men or women of our village through my business. I want to succeed my dream. So the great hearted people of the world are requested to help me .

For work the youngs gather in the town or city (Kolkata ) separating them from touch of village. They sometimes come home to see their parents and go again to city . About more than half of the young men is going to city to earn their living with low wages. There are educated and illiterate young men among them. I was also a victim of it . I was tempted that there is a life for earnig a good livelihood. I went to Kolkata . I was not very efficient in manual labour. So I was told to make ready 'bills , vouchers and road challan '. Then I was asked to engage with other labours in manual labour as well as 'challan making'. I did so . After two months the owner told me that he would offer me Rs 1500.00 (per month)[$33/month][ in the year of 2013]. I was totally collapsed . I returned home. It was an aluminium galvanising factory. Nitric and sulfuric acid always filled the air of the factory. We breathed it. I sweared that I never would go there and later somehow I manage my livelihood reading some students . But still now they suffers there. I planned how to come them back. I found that if I am able to create some job opportunities and offer them then They would come back in village and prosper our village.

Business idea of incents making stricks me most and I want to grow it creating some opportunities for young people of the village. This business must open some good possibilities about health and education. I have only dreams and hopes , and planning. I have nothing but those dreams.
