I want to become a programmer

Hello everyone! I'm an IT student in Cavite State University and i'm in my freshmen year. Computers are needed because not all computer in our campus are working and not all student can use computer all at the same time because computer are few. I'm really asking you guys for help so that I can buy my own pc or laptop so that I can study harder and become a successful programmer. There are things I can also do if I have a computer but I think focusing on programing is my priority now.
