I need your help for right hand surgery

My name is Long, 26 years old, currently living in Hanoi, Vietnam.

I am a mining engineer, in the process of working I have a work accident, broken right hand. At present, my hands can not work as normal, have many difficulties in life. Currently I have no job because they do not accept my hand.
