I need to finish my license

Hello! I am Fabian, a poor student, and I have to build a project for my license, using the electromagnetism to develop some new weapons. I have built a small project wich it works very well, but i need to build a bigger one, to  be useful, like a linear motor. I need the money to buy the capacitors to store the energy, silicon controlled rectifiers to switch the energy, and copper wire for building the coils. I need some big capacitors, 15000 uF/400v, about 10 pcs, and also I have to build the capacitor charger. If you can help me, I thank you very much.
