I Need Help Starting a business that will empower my community

My name is Mahmud Umar. I am a graduate but despite lack of job opportunity in the country, I have really trained myself to be an entrepreneur and an online freelancer. I have engaged in a daily contribution business offline , where by I move around small scale businesses for their daily contributions that I will pay them usually every month end. There is usually commission for saving their little money for them on monthly basis. I live on this commission with my wife and 3 kids. However, I want to take this daily contribution to another level which is taking the business to a mobile platform. A situation whereby users can make their daily contribution from their mobile phone and with this concept I shall be able to cut across the whole country and empower people in my community through employment opportunities. I have enquired what is needed and have made several meeting with infrastructure providers as well as government commission that will issue license. I need money to set this up as my life depends on this. Thank you for your support....
