I just really need Help

Hello, im sidney, 30, living in Austria. I have no idea where to start...I was born in Hungary, moved to Germany with the Family when i was 4 years old..lived there for 24 years and now i moved to vienna on my own. I´m a male to female transsexual...thats probably the worst thing that can happen to you..other than deadly diseases. Sadly, only other transsexuals can understand what a horrible situation it is..i tried many many times to describe what it is like to live this life to people, who aren`t punished with this destiny but its just impossible for them to understand.But unfortunately, they don`t get it..and i`m not blame them for that..so this wont be some kind of a " the world is so mean" thing. lets just say, it`s like you live every single day with a mask on. You cant be yourself cause people only see you from the outside. So, of course most people thinking, wheres the family to help and support you...thats a good question..answer : my mom was mentally very sick and abusive...she recently died after 3 years of suffering on cancer. She abused my sisters and me our whole life. My sisters moved quickly with their Boyfriends..which is understandable..but i just couldn`t get awayw cause i was alone..transsexual. How bad my Parents were, is a different and way to long story so i wont get into it.allthough, i was the one who payed their bills so we wouldnt get kicked out of our Home...So, i`m in Austria for 2 years now..and because of my transsexuality, its very hard for me to get a job. nobody wants to hire me...means, no health insurance..since two years. So i`m not able to move forward on my way to get surgeries and all. but thats not my point eighter. since almost 7 months now, i have to go to the hospital..i have no idea whats wrong cause i cant go to the doctors..cause i cant pay for it..my heart hurts badly, the left side of my body gets numb..i get dizzy..my heart start to race..its just a mess..i don`t think its a stroke but somethings wrong here...so..i did go like 3 or 4 times to the hospital cause i almost passed out and i needed to know if im going to die now or not. I know it sounds laughable but that whole thing just came out of nowhere...whatever..but now the bills flew into my P.O Box. I have to pay almost 1200 Euro. I currently live with a very kind guy who`s supporting me in every way possible but he`s got his own bills to pay.. and if im not able to pay my 1200 euro bills, they will come here and get furniture thats worth a thousand bucks from him..since i owe nothing...or im going to jail...two pretty shitty options. i have tried to get help from the state, which i got back then in Germany but things work totally different in Austria. Turned out, with my german citizenship, i have absolutely no rights to claim on help from Austria....believe me i`ve tried everything but thats again, a different long long story....so bottom line would be, i need money...immediately..lol

Well...what can i say...i know very well that there are many many people out there who have much bigger problems than me. I just wanted you guys out there to know, that 1. those points i`ve mentioned, are only the surface of those topics and 2. I´d really love to explain everything a bit better but, as you possibly noticed already...my english is pretty bad so i just cant..3. I do feel very..very bad for asking random people to help me..but i`m at a point in my life where i just have nothing to lose anymore...
