I Have A Dream: Car Designer

Hi, my name is Charles. I am a Year 2 BA (Hons) Transport Design student from Malaysia. In Malaysia, we don't normally have this course. In fact, there are only two universities offering this course. It has been hard for me as I am always struggling to pay my tuition fee, since I am not from a wealthy family. Just recently, my university didn't give me the access to enter an important exam as I still have overdue outstanding fee. It was really hard for me to settle all the payments as a design student don't really have enough time to do other work due to the assignments. Plus, education is not free in Malaysia. I have only until 18th July 2018 to collect my exam docket as my exam is on 25th July 2018. If I missed this exam, surely I am going to fail my subject. Really appreciate your help!
