I got scammed and my Anxiety is bothering me.

I got scammed last April 2019 with the amount of almost 800k. I know it almost 2 years ago, but because of what is happening right now, the financial problems, the pandemic, personal problems, it brings back again every night. It almost takes over me. I already filled 4 cases, but the suspect is still free and the authorities still can't fine him. This is the first time I'm asking like this. I know, it might be very random. But if there are people who are willing to help me for me to recover the said amount. It will be very helpful for me. I really dont know what to do now.
