I fucked up and need help

So just gonna be straight i fucked myself over big time in a scam that i regret very much, to the point that my mental health aint doing to great. and somethings should not be gone into detail as u might think what a person could do with bad mental health, it was not the best before the events but after it has gone pretty bad. and before any1 worries i am talking to a doc. so pretty much i need help to get most of the money back not all of it as to why i am set it lower then what i need. the amount needed is to keep the house and job. i can handel the 7k still missing and 1 danish crown is not alot, 1 usd is about 6.2 danish crowns. so i am praying there are some good souls out there willing to spend a few bucks on me and i will be very greatfull for it.
