i am transgender .. from ( girl to man )

i am a Transman 22 years old living at Alexandria in Egypt ..i have now a papers of Alazhar Alsharef and Doctors Committee about my case but i find difficult to live by what i have in Arab country or make surgery ..i cant even go out door or find work just my mother supported me from all around .. really what i need is going out from country and find a work in any where to can do my surgeries can you help me ... i really have so much abused here from all around ( family and people around ) and i have no money no work no in come and i live alone with my mam and she try to do her best but i want to share in the responsibility and if i have to go out of country i cant let mama here alone away from family and everything ... i will change from Mayar ( female ) to Adham ( male ) please reply me quickly i am in need for answers soon ... thank you so much
