Help,I am an engineering student like others ,it is tough to tackle others in software field when you don't have enough resources, I really get frustrated by the use of my dad's old ccomputer ,it is pretty tough to work on it.

I want to be a UI/UX designer but my computer wouldn't help me to achieve this dream, lots of softwares doesn't install in it and I really got tired from all this..... please help me to achieve my goal.
