I am ckd&dialysis patient.i need to transplant kidney emergency

I am shak i am ckd patient. My age only 24.

My 2 kidney has dameg. so i need to transplant new kidey in my body.

that's why i need huge money. My family financial condition is too weak.

that'swhy i need help to all.

please help us and save my life. Now i dialysis every week.3 time Saturday Thursday Friday its so painfull and risky.

So i want to back my normal life please help me.
