House building for my family

I wanna rise 22k Euros for 1st payment for my mortgage loan in bank, so I can get to my family (wife and three kids) nice house on our land.
We have enough family income to handle mortgage just we don't have enough income to save 22k to get that mortgage loan in bank.

For now we are living in 39 square meters 5 persons, dog and cat. This is challenging for all of us. I know that many of you will think - it's your problem and you should think before about house not now. We'll yes...

Situation is like this: oldest child is 14 and she need private space, youngest are 3 and 7 and they are like dog with cat - fighting all the time. And we (parents) are in middle of all this mad-house.

I'm not begging, but if you will help me to achieve my dream, I'll be very grateful!

For sure you would see the numbers also. So all this like this:

7000€ will go for architect to make project for my land so we can start building.

Ret of the sum will be for fundament (12000+VAT) and small advance payment for builder to start a job on house.

Of course almost 2000€ will go for bank commissions and taxes so I can sign mortgage loan and get it ready.

And of course part of your donations will go for this lovely site if to exact 4.9% of each donation will go them so they can keep up a good work in future....
