In Palmira, Colombia, adolescents that have uncontrolled addictions to alcohol, drugs, and tobacco, are treated for their addiction in a shelter, supervised by a team of specialists. The project already has commitment by the state government of Valle, Colombia, but lacks the last bit of funding to organise the shelter.
