Home renovation for mom

I am asking you for help.

During active combat fighting in eastern Ukraine, close to Mariupol city my parents home was partially damaged. The house where I was born and grove up, where my parents had happy life is damaged and nead renovation.

At this time walls, flor and ceiling are all cracked. Fewe windows was smashed and now it is wraped by plastic film. It did not happend simlteniusly, cracks was groving during 2015 -2017 years. After each shock wave nets of crack apears all over house.

In 2017 we was planning to start renovation but unfortunately my father was diagnosed with fourth stage cancer. Two surgerys, first on intestine and second on liver, 16 course of chemotherapy. We was fighting for hes life for tow year and we lost.

All of savings my family had was spent on treatment which gives to my father two more years of life.

Right now my mom refuses to move out from home to another place of living however house has significant damages including crack in basement.

My parents home located in beautiful place, close to Azov sea and I wish to fix it for my mom. All she is dreaming about is to stay at her hom and have ability to host her grandchild's.
