I am a poor people of India, my both hip joint is damaged need operation, for this now a days I can't move or walk properly,my son also has a ADHD and Autism,he is 5years old still he can't speak,what can I do sir? my financial condition is very poor for treatment, I am the only income holder of my five members family,now me and my family in a dying position, without financial help I can't treatment myself, plz all kind hearted persons plz help me and survive my life and also blessed me.
